Christmas at Redeemer

Advent Series Longing for Light: Holding Hope in the Darkness.

Sundays at 8:15 or 11:00 a.m.

December 7, 14, 21, & 24

This series will draw us into the honest tension of Christian existence, marked by both doom and deliverance, grief and glory, a broken world and a coming King. It is a season of holding hope in the darkness, not minimizing the night, but testifying to the light that shines through it.

Outreach Opportunities

  • Support Safe Families this Christmas!

This Christmas season, we're partnering with Safe Families for Children through their Caring at Christmas program. Safe Families—one of our supported local missions—comes alongside parents facing crisis and isolation through their Circles of Support, offering both relational care and practical help.

We’re collecting donations to help provide a day, a week, or even more support for families in need.

Stop by the table in the foyer to learn more about how you can bless a family this Christmas.

  • Support Refugee Hope Partners this Christmas!

Pick up a giving tree ornament in the lobby and fulfill the giving opportunity listed. Ornaments are on the small tree across from the Sunday morning coffee station. Each ornament will help refugees directly with resources and help support staff in their RHP program.

Giving Tree Ornaments offer ways to support Refugee Hope Partners in 3 ways:

    Snacks for Early Learning Club.

Donate a gift card to Walmart, Food Lion or Harris Teeter. These gift cards provide groceries for refugee families or snacks for programs

Donate directly to RHP to provide resources to programming like Bible study, Homework Club, medical support and more!

Gift cards and snacks are due Sunday, December 28.

  • Write a Letter to Believers in Prison in China

Join Luke Alliance and Christians around the world in writing letters to our brothers and sisters imprisoned in China. While we may not be able to visit them, we can flood the prisons with letters of encouragement.
