Trees by the River: Rooted by Grace Against Seven Deadly Sins

242 Room | Sundays at 9:45 a.m.

Psalm 1 promises that the one who delights in God’s law will be like a tree planted by streams of water—rooted, fruitful, and unshaken by the storms of life. In this class, we’ll examine the seven deadly sins (Pride, Greed, Anger, Envy, Sloth, Gluttony, Lust) not merely as behaviors to avoid, but as disordered loves that choke out the fruit God intends to grow in us, and we’ll trace how the gospel reshapes our hearts toward the virtues that counter them (Humility, Generosity, Graciousness, Contentment, Diligence, Thanksgiving, Love).

College-Age Class

I John: Relying on the Love of God

Room 1 (Upper Level) | Sundays at 9:45 a.m.

College-age Sunday School is back for the summer! Starting May 17th, join us as we dive into 1 John and consider how a rich understanding of God's love prepares us to thrive in times of stress. This class is a great opportunity to grow in community and faith over the summer months—and there will be donuts.
