Dan Seale, Senior Pastor
Dan and his family moved to Raleigh in August of 2006 from Alabama where he served as a senior pastor for eight years. He is a graduate of Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (he still misses the cheese steaks) and James Madison University in Virginia. Dan enjoys good food, good movies, good books, anything chocolate, the outdoors and being with his wife, Debbi, and four daughters. He loves ACC basketball and the month of March and also enjoys SEC Football.
Brad Rogers, Associate Pastor
Brad and his family moved to Raleigh in June 2011 from Lexington, KY where Brad served as the Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) campus minister at the University of Kentucky (UK) for 7 years. He is a graduate of Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO and the University of Kentucky. Brad met the love of his life while in college and married Rachel while in grad school at UK in November of 1999. Together they have 3 children who don’t believe in dull moments. In April of 2016 they suffered from a temporary bout of insanity and added a puppy named Mocha into their chaos at home. Brad has seldom met a sport or competition that he did not like; currently he is struggling to figure out how to make a small white ball go into a hole several hundred yards away by striking said ball a limited number of times with a set of outrageously priced sticks (he is not good as Sean is at this, but he enjoys trying anyway)
Rachel Rogers, Children's Ministry Coordinator
Rachel joined Redeemer’s staff to help coordinate the army of volunteers who do the work of children’s ministry. When she is not working to serve the children and families of Redeemer, she can be found at home working out life with her husband, Brad, their 3 children and 1 puppy-in-training. She enjoys good books (with or without pictures), good coffee, and good friends.
Sean Scott, Student Ministry Coordinator
Sean came on staff as our part-time youth ministry assistant in May of 2016. He is also a full-time student working to complete his degree in mass communications through ECU’s online program. Sean first heard about Redeemer through Julie who he met while working together with kids at the Finley YMCA and subsequently married. He enjoys playing golf (he’s slightly better than Brad), watching Premier League soccer, reading Lord of the Rings over and over and keeping their dog Beau from eating all their best shoes. Sean’s heart for the Lord and our youth shines through in all he does and we are pleased to have him as a part of our team at Redeemer.
Brook Hagan, Office Administrator
Brook Hagan met her husband, Chris, while attending Washington and Lee University. After graduation, they married and moved to Greenville, NC. Brook earned an MBA from East Carolina University before moving to Raleigh in 2007. Brook and Chris have two children and a puppy who make sure life stays full of fun adventures. When she’s not at Redeemer, Brook enjoys spending time with her family. At home, you’re likely to find her with a book, camera or crochet hook in her hand. (Feel free to share book recommendations or crochet patterns with her.) Brook is thankful for the opportunity to work at Redeemer.
Lorie Schiess, Financial Administrator
Lorie and her husband, Jason, both graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2000, and were married in Port Orange, FL in 2002. They have four children, three of which are grown and live on their own. Their family moved to the Raleigh area in 2005 to pursue employment opportunities with the City of Durham. When Lorie is not working here at Redeemer, you can find her coaching girls gymnastics or spending time with her children and grandson. She is very grateful to be working at Redeemer and helping in any way that she can.
Lacey Komis, Virtual Assistant
Lacey and her husband (Josh) married in 2012 and moved to NC later that same year for Josh to attend seminary. They developed a love for the area and the people of the Triangle that they decided to stay after seminary was complete. Lacey earned her MBA from Liberty University in 2015, and started working from home that same year. They welcomed a little boy into their family in 2015, another little boy in 2017 and are expecting a daughter in November of this year. Josh is a Student Pastor at a church in Apex, so they are active in their church ministry as well as trying to keep up with their children. They love spending time together as a family, reading, and taking trips to the beach. Lacey is thankful for the opportunity to work with Redeemer virtually.
