TUESDAY
The women's Bible study meets Tuesday at 12:00 noon at the church. We are
now studying 1 Timothy and Titus in a 12 week study by John Stott. If you
need a book, see Elizabeth Marchman at church or the Bible Study. The
cost is $7.00. Childcare is provided. Children may eat lunch during
the
Bible study if they'd like. We end pretty close to 1:00 p.m. Ever other
week, there is a prayer time from around 11:35 - 11:55 a.m. to pray
specifically for our church. We welcome all of you.
special events
Feb. 25, 2006: This Saturday at 7:30 p.m., Jonathan
McKinney will be preaching
at the drug and alcohol rehab ministry, Restoration Ranch, in Colbert
County. Please feel free to join us. We will be having a time of
personal prayer and intercession for all of those currently in the rehab
program.
Dec. 22, 2005 Several families went caroling at the El Reposo
Nursing Home. At the end we prayed for the residents and the nurses and
administrators. Thanks to all of you who came. And a special thanks to
Kristie McKinney for organizing it.

We had a great Redeemer Community Coffeehouse Night, Friday, December
16, 2005. Around 20 people performed in categories of song, music,
poetry, dramatic reading, and living history (stories from a different
era by those who remember it).
The food was great, as was the atmosphere. There was an art gallery of
local work.
WE HOPE TO MAKE THIS A REGULAR FEATURE... PERHAPS ONCE EVERY TWO MONTHS.
